Cancellations COVID19

We have our default 60 days full refund policy in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).

Cleaning and disinfection COVID19

While the procedures for our cleaners were always strict, we have now added disinfection with hydrogen peroxide and ozone generating machine on all cleanings.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards Visa, Mastercard and Maestro ( payment fees are supported by us ) however we do not accept Amex. You can also pay via PayPal ( transfer fees are supported by renter ) and bank transfer into our company spanish bank account. Payments via cards are the safest way you can pay for your holiday and we advise not to pay via Western Union, Moneygram.

Pool heating, is it included in your rental fees?

We do not include pool heating (where available) in our website rates in some of our properties we charge per consume others have a fixed fee. Please inquire for the costs, generally, you can expect around 300€/week or less for longer stays.

Can you pick us at the airport? How much it costs

Yes, absolutely just use BOOKSUNMARBELLA.COM let us know flight codes both incoming and outgoing and arrival/departure hours together with number of adults and children's ( age, height to comply with local laws for safety equipment ) and approx number of large and small luggage. We will provide a quote within 24h.

Are electricity, water included in the price? How about BBQ gas?

We include normal usage of electricity and water in all our properties.

We do have a Fair Usage policy for electricity and readings are done on your check-in in all our properties these are done mainly to stop abuse since our allowance is usually double of normal usage. Please read more on our help section - Electricity and how to avoid extra fees

Most of our houses have two gas bbq bottles one full and one in use. Since we can't know when a gas bottle is empty, refilling of the gas has to be made by the guest. If the bottle is empty please reach us for instructions how to get it refilled.



I want my country channels. Can you provide them?

All our properties have the local spanish channels by default in some we also have free to view European channels ( English, german, french etc ). We can offer professional IPTV services with the channels of your choice at 50€/short stay. Please inform us before your arrival if you need this service.

Linen and towels, do you offer them? How about beach towels?

All bedrooms will be freshly made on your arrival and two towels for each person will be on the beds for maximum occupancy. Most of our properties will also have beach towels on the outdoor furniture.

I need baby cot and chair. Can you provide them?

Sure, we can - please use BOOKSUNMARBELLA.COM to order any extras you might need for the baby as baby cot, highchair.

Check-in Early, it's possible or what are the check-in hours?

We do our best to accommodate early check-ins however unless you get an extra day we can't guarantee it but we will always find a safe place to leave your luggage and notify you once cleaning has finished preparing.

Normal check-ins hours are from 17:00 to 22:00 after 22:00 there is a surcharge of 50€.
